Body Creations is a small neighborhood gym located in the Laurel/Glen Allen area of Henrico County, Va. (Richmond). We began as a hardcore weightlifting gym in 1992 and over the years have become the "average Joe's" type gym where everyone fits in - all shapes, sizes, ages, colors, and levels of fitness.

Our membership rates are some of the most affordable in Richmond. We have no hidden fees, contracts, or any of the other tricks of those 100,000 square feet "clubs". You pay as you go here, and that's just one of the great things about Body Creations. We also play loud, uncensored SIRIUS satellite radio all day long.

Our personal training services are some of the best available at a fraction of the cost of those behemoth gyms. We offer New Leaf fitness services and have years of experience and knowledge to ensure you have an exercise plan that works for you.

Body Creations is owned and operated by Jeremy Kaplan, Scott Overman, and Tyler Witty. We are located at 9103 Old Staples Mill Road in Henrico County, directly behind Target and Wawa on Staples Mill Road.
